    Service in Monterrey

    Monterrey is the industrial capital of northern Mexico and our newest office. Our technicians are trained on the full Bobcat and ELGi lines and cover Apodaca, Santa Catarina, Guadalupe, García, Escobedo and the industrial parks along the Saltillo and Laredo highways. Plants with foreign management get English-speaking support; everyone gets a signed service report with photos the same day.

    Service is 24/7/365 and a technician is dispatched any hour; our technicians are based in Monterrey, so most plants in the metropolitan area are reached within the hour.

    Is the $1,100 really the same at night and on weekends?

    Yes. The service call is $1,100 at any hour, any day of the year. There is no after-hours or weekend surcharge.

    What does the $1,100 cover?

    The trip, about four hours of technician labor, troubleshooting to root cause, and a signed service report with photos. Parts are quoted separately and ordered only with your approval. We do not bring parts to the site unless you ask for specific ones when you call.

    What if nobody is on site to approve the work at 2 AM?

    Customers on a maintenance agreement are already covered. Existing customers can give a verbal PO number from the plant manager, confirmed in writing the next business day. New customers sign a one-page emergency service authorization on the technician's tablet, and that signature is your PO backing.

    Can a US company be invoiced in dollars for a plant here?

    Yes. Our US entity quotes and invoices US customers in US dollars for work at their Mexico plants, and our Mexican company serves local plants in pesos.
