    • Compressed Air Piping and Compressor Installation

    A compressor is only as good as the pipe behind it. ProParts designs and installs compressed air systems for plants in South Texas and northern Mexico: the compressor, the dryer and filters, the receiver, and the piping that carries the air to the line with minimum pressure drop. We install AIGNEP Infinity aluminum piping and stock the fittings.

    What we install

    • Rotary screw compressors, ELGi and Bobcat as the authorized dealer, with electrical and ventilation requirements specified before delivery.
    • Refrigerated and desiccant dryers, Zeks and Mikropor, sized to the flow and the dew point the process needs.
    • Filters, receiver tanks and condensate drains.
    • AIGNEP Infinity aluminum piping, 25 mm to 63 mm, with unions, elbows, tees, ball valves and saddle clamps from our own stock.

    Why the piping matters

    Every psi of pressure drop between the compressor and the tool is energy you pay for and never use. Undersized or corroded pipe, dead-end runs and leaking joints are the most common reasons a plant runs its compressor at 125 psi to deliver 90. A properly sized aluminum loop with drops at the point of use fixes that for the life of the building, and it goes in without welding or threading.

    How a project runs

    We measure demand and walk the plant, propose the layout and the equipment, quote it with a drawing, and install on a schedule that fits your production. Installations are supported afterward under a maintenance agreement if you want one.

    Do you install compressors you did not sell?

    Yes. We install and service any brand; the piping and the dryer are the same job whichever compressor sits at the end of it.

    Can you do the installation in Mexico?

    Yes, from our Reynosa and Monterrey offices, for plants in Reynosa, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo, Piedras Negras, Ciudad Acuña and Monterrey.

    Do you sell the AIGNEP fittings separately?

    Yes. The Infinity series fittings are on this site under Infinity Piping System.
