ProParts sends a factory-trained technician to your site day or night for a flat $1,100 service call, about four hours of technician labor, with no after-hours surcharge. Give us a card or a PO number and we are on the way. We service rotary screw and piston compressors of any brand across the Rio Grande Valley, Corpus Christi, the Eagle Ford and the maquiladora corridor from Matamoros to Ciudad Acuña.

    What you get for $1,100

    • A factory-trained technician on site with a service truck and test instruments. If you already know what failed, tell us when you call and we bring the parts you ask for.
    • Troubleshooting to root cause, documented with photos in a signed service report you receive by email.
    • A written parts quote the same day, and the repair scheduled as soon as your PO or card is in and the parts arrive.
    • The same price at 2 AM on a Sunday as at 10 AM on a Tuesday.

    Any brand, any hour, any plant

    ProParts is an authorized ELGi and Bobcat dealer, and our technicians are trained on ELGi EG, EN and EQ series and on Bobcat rotary screw compressors. We also carry service history on ELGi, Bobcat, Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, Kaeser, Sullair and Gardner Denver machines, and on Zeks and Mikropor dryers and air treatment. Seven technicians across three offices, in San Juan, Texas, Reynosa and Monterrey, answer in English and Spanish. Plants from Kohler and Black & Decker are among the customers who trust us with their compressed air.

    Rotary screw compressors are our specialty: air end noise, high discharge temperature, oil carryover, pressure that will not build, controllers in fault, inlet valves that stick, and separators that are past their hours. Piston compressors, dryers that will not hold dew point, and drains that stay open are all in a day's work.

    Is the $1,100 really the same at night and on weekends?

    Yes. The service call is $1,100 at any hour, any day of the year. There is no after-hours or weekend surcharge.

    What does the $1,100 cover?

    The trip, about four hours of technician labor, troubleshooting to root cause, and a signed service report with photos. Parts are quoted separately and ordered only with your approval. We do not bring parts to the site unless you ask for specific ones when you call.

    Do you work on brands you don't sell?

    Yes. Rotary screw compressors are our specialty, and we service ELGi, Bobcat, Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, Kaeser, Sullair and Gardner Denver machines, plus the dryers and filters around them.

    What if nobody is on site to approve the work at 2 AM?

    Customers on a maintenance agreement are already covered. Existing customers can give a verbal PO number from the plant manager, confirmed in writing the next business day. New customers sign a one-page emergency service authorization on the technician's tablet, and that signature is your PO backing.

    How fast can you be here?

    Service is 24/7/365. Our promise is a technician on the phone within 30 minutes, and on site the same day in the Rio Grande Valley. Corpus Christi, the Eagle Ford and the Mexico cities are dispatched the same way from the nearest of our three offices.

    Can you invoice us in US dollars for a plant in Mexico?

    Yes. Our US company quotes and invoices US customers in USD for work at their Mexico plants. Our Mexican company serves local plants in pesos.

    Do you rent a compressor while ours is being repaired?

    Yes. We deliver a rental compressor or dryer in less than 24 hours in South Texas while yours is repaired, with delivery, installation and support included.
