• Proprietary Heat Exchanger Technology – Integrated design engineered to enhance energy efficiency while minimizing space requirements
• High Efficiency Refrigeration Condenser Microchannel air-cooled condenser or top-mounted watercooled condenser for simplifi ed installation and serviceability
• Scroll Compressor(s) – Provides quiet, balanced, reliable operation.
• Dryer Controller– Microprocessor controller controls all dryer functions. Features include: - Refrigeration readings - RS-485 communications - Maintenance alerts - Alarm annunciation - Fault log - Drain status/test
• R-410A Refrigerant – Features zero ODP and low GDP. Minimal refrigerant charge enhances sustainability
• Integrated Filtration – Dual-element fi lter removes particles as small as .1 micron from the airstream and eliminates need for external fi ltration
• Electronic Hot Gas Valve – Automatic seasonal adjustment. Tighter dew point control than mechanical valves
The Multi-ModuleTM Advantage A Multi-ModuleTM dryer is an assembly of multiple air treatment modules, each with a refrigeration system, integrated heat exchanger, module controller and no-air loss drain. Overall capacity of the compressed air system determines the number of modules needed. This design enables users to maintain air drying capacity even when one of the modules is taken off -line for service or maintenance. ZEKS Multi-ModuleTM dryers eliminate the need to operate and maintain multiple dryers in a compressed air system.
Versatile and Expandable To address the ever-changing manufacturing environment, Multi-ModuleTM modules share a single inlet and a single outlet air header, each with dual connection capability to either side of the dryer. Because header center line position is common among all Multi-ModuleTM models, planned increase in air treatment capacity can be accommodated through addition of modules.
