Product Description

The Zeks 24HSJ is a 24 SCFM HeatSink refrigerated cycling air dryer for compressed air systems. HeatSink dryers use only the electrical energy needed to meet actual air treatment demand. The refrigeration system runs only as needed, and a thermal storage and circulation system stores cool energy in a thermal mass fluid.

How it works

• Incoming air passes through a prefilter, then is cooled by dry outgoing air in the precooler section of the multi-layer heat exchanger.
• The chiller/evaporator section lowers the air temperature so moisture condenses into droplets.
• The separator section removes and collects water droplets and contaminants.
• The reheater section warms the outgoing dry air to prevent pipe sweating downstream.
• Collected water and contaminants are discharged automatically through the condensate drain.
• A digital controller displays operation, status and alarm/fault conditions and provides access to condensate drain functions.
